A tube-in-tube heat exchanger or coaxial heat exchanger consists of two tubes, an inner tube and an outer tube coiled together. This unique, compact design prevents thermal fatigue, increases efficiency and reduces overall size. It is ideal for high temperature, high pressure and low flow applications such as chillers and air conditioners.
Tube-in-tube heat exchangers are specifically designed for use in water-cooled condensers, chillers and water source heat pumps. The design is used by major OEMs around the world as well as the expanding wholesale replacement market. The simplicity of design and installation makes this product ideal for both markets.

Technical Parameters:
1. The welding wire is good and the welding is firm and continuous;
2. Air leakage test, no air leakage in 3.5MPa N2 test;
3. Usually applicable to R134 or R22 systems (can also be applied to R410a systems if required by customers)
4. Spray paint the surface and apply an insulation layer of ≥20mm;
5. Wrap the insulation material with sticky black strapping tape;
6. Inner tube: corrugated copper tube; inner tube running water;
7. Outer pipe: galvanized steel pipe; outer pipe is made of Freon;
8. There is no insulation at the connection between the copper pipe and the steel pipe;
