Products Description
Coaxial heat exchanger principle:
Coaxial heat exchangers are available in tube-in-tube and twisted-in-tube designs. Rugged tube surface maximizes overall heat transfer
The resulting bellows increases heat transfer surface area per unit length but still allows water and refrigerant to flow adequately around its entire perimeter for improved performance. The turbulence created by the eddies on the water and refrigerant flows further enhances thermal performance while inhibiting the accumulation of surface deposits. The end result is an efficient, compact heat exchanger with excellent anti-fouling properties.
Coaxial heat exchanger features:
1. Effective heat transfer: The flow channel is constantly changing as a result of the titanium bellows used, which keeps the fluid velocity extremely low but constantly in a highly turbulent state. It is quite difficult to achieve laminar flow and to overcome the primary convective heat resistance. Heat transfer is also improved concurrently. Its heat transfer efficiency is therefore quite high, two or three times higher than that of titanium light tubes.
2. Anti-fouling ability: Due to the strong turbulence in the flow channel, it is difficult for particles to develop in the fluid. Nonetheless, the turbulent flow of the medium within the pipe will have a considerable corrosion resistance against fouling, even if a tiny quantity of scale accumulates on the pipe wall. It also modifies the curvature of the threaded tube with elastic qualities slightly and alters the stress between the inner and outer tubes at varying temperatures. This explains why scale removal and fouling prevention are possible with threaded tube heat exchangers.
3. Strong capacity to correct for stress: Because of the threaded pipe's thin wall, elasticity, and structural design, it can withstand big temperature differences by changing its curvature less, which reduces and eliminates thermal stress. This efficiently stops the breaking of conventional tubular heat exchangers.
4. Compact design, tiny volume, and light weight: The threaded tube heat exchanger has a very high heat transfer coefficient, a small necessary heat transfer area, and thin walls. As a result, the titanium corrugated tube heat exchanger is lightweight, compact, and has a small volume.
Sea Water Coaxial Heat Exchanger consists of concentric inner and outer tubes. Cold and hot fluids flow in the annulus of the inner and outer tubes respectively and transfer heat. It is resistant to pressure, impact, deformation, dirt and scale, clogging, smooth oil return, high safety, good processability, and is particularly suitable for heat pump systems. At the same time, the gap between the steel pipe and the copper pipe is evenly divided, which helps to maintain good oil return characteristics when used as an evaporator. The inner and outer pipes are made of copper, stainless steel, etc., and can be widely used in air-cooled/water-cooled heat pump units, water/ground source heat pump units, heat recovery units, heat pump water heaters and other refrigeration industries.
